Our policies are extremely simplistic. The first thing you have to do to be a part of Shoulder
To Shoulder is be on the same page with your spouse (Why you ask? Because, we will be checking with her periodically
to see how you're doing at home and what you're doing at home). We will not disciple anyone who's spouse does not cooperate
with or support the discipleship process, unless she does not know Jesus Christ. The second thing you have to do to
be a part of Shoulder to Shoulder is covenant with us that you will never quit, no matter how hard it gets or how long you've
been in this ministry. It's a life long commitment from us to you and you to us, Shoulder to Shoulder, period.
If you can't make this commitment then there is no need to read any farther at all. The third thing you must do to be
a part of Shoulder to Shoulder is complete the discipleship process (daily personal worship time, time in God's Word with
your wife daily, complete your discipleship readings and then eventually disciple someone else when you're ready). No
one is actually in Shoulder to Shoulder until they have completed discipling at least one person in Phase IV. That's
it, it's really simple but extremely worth the sacrifice one makes to learn how to submit his body as a living sacrifice in
